The primary purpose of this position is training employees how to build projects in the field and aid the Superintendent in field management. The Field Engineer is responsible for the majority of the layout on the project as well as lift drawings, safety and quality control responsibilities.
Works with New Product Introduction team upfront on lessons learned from previous systems to drive prevention; also, works with cross-functional team on closure of quality issues found during build (known as manufacturing NC) and during install process (known as Field NC); ensures quality data integrity.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing strategies to help drive sales of the companys product portfolio through effective teaming with ADs, and SAMs, and as required, the SIOT global sales team for customers which require coordination beyond the local region.

The senior sales engineers will deliver product presentations and demonstrations internally and externally on all relevant secureworks solutions. They will coordinate with product marketing, product management and sales leadership to ensure that secureworks solutions are timely, appropriate and supported by strong sales tools.
Provides highly specialized deployment and configuration support for customers through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of content security software solutions.
