Direct and document daily maintenance activities to ensure the operation is able to service the needs of the business (i.e., Repairs, modifications to existing systems, PM's of the conveyor, MHE, building equipment, housekeeping, grounds keeping).
This position is responsible for managing operations and maintenance, in houe teams of at least 10 individuals including sub contractors, work assignments, reporting, customer interface and administrative paperwork at the assigned specific facility.
Provides management support and continuing development of management and supervisory personnel. Ensures that all capital items installed or replaced for all facilities meet SCORE requirements, and EnergyStar guidleines.
A working knowledge of Facilities engineering, operation and maintenance, preventative and predictive maintenance, construction practices, 5S+, Environmental Sustainability Programs, Environmental Health and Safety, Regulatory compliance, and building codes are essential.
The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain buildings and grounds of the organization, directs staff and oversees the upkeep of equipment and supplies; ensure the buildings and grounds are maintained, which entails daily and weekly cleaning schedules and inspections, as well as determining and scheduling repairs, waste reduction improvements, and safety inspections.
This position is a key leader on the Account core team who is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting the Project Management, and Occupancy Planning functions.
