Responsible for providing hands-on coordination and implementation of daily facility maintenance operations at the Global Health Research Complex (GHRC); overseeing complex facilities maintenance and operations.
Leading the coordination effort for all mechanical and electrical systems, equipment and piping layouts for all trades on a master coordination set of drawings and 3D model, securing the approval of the architects and engineers.
Intermediate knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and systems including pumps, pneumatics, fans, flow meters, air handling systems, industrial chilled water, heating, process piping, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, and heat transfer is a benefit.
Will be responsible to ensure that projects are constructed per scope while verifying engineering specifications throughout the project life cycle. Identification and mitigation of any environmental or scope changes throughout the project.
Should have a complete understanding of a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the construction-engineering field, related to mechanical, electrical, structural, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems.
