Use creative sourcing strategies (outside of traditional methods like sourcing on job boards); work collaboratively with internal sales team, the client and internal/external candidates to make the best match for all parties.
Partner with Talent Advisors and other Sourcing Advisors to generate innovative ideas, leverage resources, and share information in order to develop effective sourcing strategies and candidate profiles.
Works with hiring managers and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to identify personnel needs, create and write job descriptions/postings, develop staffing plans, conduct strategy sessions, and adhere to all staffing processes and policies.
Responsible for all facets of recruiting for the institution, including but not limited to tracking vacancies, monitoring applicant flow, developing effective advertising copy, making appropriate applicant referrals, and assisting departmental management in the complete recruitment process.
Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc.
