In this role, the selected candidate will source qualified candidates. Consult with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications; develop, maintain and update a network of contacts to help identify a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of candidates.
The Recruiter identifies business needs from a resourcing perspective through working closely with clients, finding and attracting the right candidates, developing relationships with the clients, and then offering and delivering an opportunity which satisfies the needs of all parties.
Requisition Management/Pipeline Management which includes candidate screening, as well as database management (consistently reviewing and assessing pipeline for each requisition and dispositioning candidates accordingly).
To provide operational & administrative support throughout the recruitment and on-boarding lifecycle in accordance with the recruiting guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements for the applicable region and business.
Use creative sourcing strategies (outside of traditional methods like sourcing on job boards); work collaboratively with internal sales team, the client and internal/external candidates to make the best match for all parties.
