This position is responsible for directing the execution and delivery of specific health care management programs; establishing cost-containment goals, objectives, metrics, and Return on Investment (ROI) targets for the Health Care Management Programs.
This executive is responsible for developing and updating Accounting Policies and performing (and/or leading others in the performance of) highly complex technical, financial regulatory, accounting and reporting research and analysis and serves as a subject matter expert on GAAP and SAP.
This position is responsible for incorporating cybersecurity into everyday business decisions, processes and interactions with IT / business customers; overseeing a team of Business Information Security Liaisons (BISLs) with specific responsibility for a given business portfolio / customer segment.
Provides leadership, strategy, vision, organization, processes and infrastructure for a multi-campus business administration division to achieve efficient workflow, budget goals, appropriate staffing levels and effective information technology services to all University constituents.
Maintain full responsibility of the overall functions of the financial areas and cost controls, adhere to financial and accounting policies and procedure and manage expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner.
Manages human resources activities for staff in regards to: recruiting and selection, hiring and termination, training, professional development, mentoring, counseling, performance evaluations, and salary planning.
