In this role, the selected candidate will ensure guest satisfaction with the smooth and effective running of the day-to-day operation; maintain control of the standards for purchasing and receiving items.
In this role, the selected candidate directly supervises the culinary staff with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews, initiating pay increases and is responsible for the continuous development of the staff.
In this role, the successful candidate will maintain a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen while using proper food handling techniques; provide professional leadership, development and direction to kitchen staff.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience in tactical kitchen responsibilities including food costing, inventory, purchasing, waste management and recipe training with solid systems in place supporting consistency and quality.
