In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing core services and analytics applications to help drive process improvements and accountability enterprise-wide for hospitals and IDNs.
Responsible for supporting and facilitating the activities of the officers and members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Department; provides administrative support to the Executive Director and Executive office; provide general and specific information to the public and external organizations.
Oversees patient care services throughout the facility. Plans, organizes and directs all patient care functions and activities. Develops nursing policies and procedures; conveys hospital policies, accreditation standards, and nursing care regulations to personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public.
Responsibilities include performing administrative functions, setting appointments and managing the executive directors and chief administrative officers schedules, maintaining contact lists and rosters, managing e-mail, phone and written correspondence with board members, donors, volunteers, business partners and others, collecting and organizing Mission and board documentation and records, planning, preparing, setting up for, and drafting agenda and minutes of meetings, assisting with recruiting and fundraising events (some evening) and managing special projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will enhance sales leaders effectiveness by providing information, system and administrative management support, supporting and representing the executive to others.
General administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations using various software packages and databases, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects.ition.
