Establishing QA processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all provider data and monitor timely processing of data. Oversee audits of delegated provider organizations to ensure compliance with health plan policies and procedures and to regulatory and accreditation requirements.
The Director Strategy, Planning & Operations is responsible for driving IT PMOs operational strategy, capacity planning, resource planning, portfolio planning, reporting & analytics, financial and budget planning, demand intake, Governance, vendor management as well as Learning and Development activities within PMO.
Evaluates the operational status of each subsidiary in comparison to the strategic plan and identifies the greatest areas of opportunity; identifies problem areas within the subsidiaries through this process, determines areas in need of resources, and works to continually improve and align the operations with the stated strategy.
