Responsible for properly recording client information by entering the data into the companys ERP system (NetSuite) or by communicating the information to the companys customer care representative (inside sales) department.
Manage and oversee all aspects of customer service policies, objectives and initiatives; develop and establish procedures and policies governing customer service; oversee workflow of all business processing. Support Sales and Executive personnel.
Supports gencure, corporate marketing and sales as well as new customter/distribtuion administration. Coordinates with corporate, contracting and sales management on any modifications to contract paperwork.
In this role, the selected candidate will partner with current and new potential customers to ascertain current technical needs and work with internal team to develop solutions to generate additional sales.
This position focuses on the development and evaluation of new business opportunities, the evaluation of M&A opportunities, the business development for crude and product terminals, and competitor analysis.
