This position will be directly responsible for developing and managing service programs that help millions of businesses get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Facebook through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners.
Responsible for the design, execution, and effectiveness of a system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that department operations are effective and efficient, department assets are safeguarded.
Interface with other project team members, including Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Office planning, IT, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Contracts and Legal, to facilitate compliance with execution strategy and objectives.
Provides Project Management expertise in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of assigned projects and maintains a project management framework that enables a project core team to successfully execute projects.
Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.
Manage team responsible for several process improvement projects and/or activities, overall responsibility for ensuring project implementation and/or support within scope of responsibility, to include activities such as process flow definition, operational readiness support, process documentation, communication, and/or project management.
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including working with the resource manager for resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documenting training and on-time, on budget and on-scope delivery.

This role will leverage global, regional, and agency partnerships to plan, develop, execute, and report on store marketing materials and their effectiveness.
The Program Manager, National Programs will play a key role within the Global Marketing organization. This individual will serve as marketing program lead for the Perishables business within Whole Foods Market.
Ensures that the product development process abides by all defined cross-disciplined standards, meets the intent and letter of Phased Review Discipline and all compliance and regulatory needs of the applicable markets.
