In this role, you will be responsible for
leading successful change management resulting in sustainable processes and cultivating an innovative program for improving primary care. Oversees contracts are current, accurate, accessible and consistent with accreditation, regulatory & organizational requirements.

The Contracts Manager will be primarily responsible for reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, supplier- and vendor-facing service agreements, marketing agreements, purchase agreements and other contracts to support the companys business.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the timely and accurate preparation of all strategic pricing/purchase contracts and pricing analyses, RFPs, RFIs, price requests, and responses to healthcare accounts.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the review, analysis, and negotiation of Market Data vendor agreements, identify negotiation leverage or other alternatives and drive favorable pricing and terms and conditions.
The Senior Contracts Manager drafts and negotiates contracts with minimal supervision. These agreements are highly negotiated and require extensive input from and interaction with internal business partners.
