The banks Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) team is responsible for identifying, investigating and monitoring relationships that pose a money laundering or terrorist financing risk in support of all legal and regulatory requirements relating to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorism financing.

Ensures that the facilitys Quality System is established and maintained in compliance with applicable local ordinances, State statutes and Federal regulations, and other laws, including Title 21 CFR 820 (FDA Quality System Regulation), Canadian Food and Drug Regulations, Division 2 Part C, International Standard ISO (11663, 13958, 13959).
