In this role, you will be responsible for
Design and implement compliance programs by researching compliance guidelines for EEO codes, internal AAP plan, identifying underutilization, and content documentation.
In this role, you will direct all aspects of Import customs compliance activities including traffic. Manage personnel to meet goals and objectives. Establish, monitor and adjust procedures relating to these areas as necessary.

In this role, you will responsible for supporting the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable Government statutes and regulations. Developing and coordinating improved processes, policies, procedures, methods, instructions, and forms to achieve greater operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
In this role, you will be working relationships with different levels of employees in different departments throughout the company, including, but not limited to, co-workers, subordinates and management staff.
As the Audit and Compliance Program Manager you will be the CT Lien Solutions IT liaison with our clients and will work to give the clients the best possible experience. You will lead client audits including preparation, execution and follow up with client until all findings are closed.
