In this role, the selected candidate will provide all necessary documentation and follow up resources on each response; work the Marketing and Communications teams on needed Crew announcements, posters and flyers and reminders.
In this role, you will partner with Project resources (COE's, Systems Analysts, QA, etc.) in all aspects of system testing including development of test strategy documentation, creating test scripts, coordinate testing resources, compile test completion metrics, and test script execution (including stress tests and user acceptance testing).
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure high claim file quality and excellent claim outcomes in accordance with best practice and company claim handling guidelines through oversight of assigned claim professionals handling high exposure, highly complex claims.

Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations. Collects, assimilates, and interprets personnel data as requested. Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options, and predicting future costs.
This position is responsible for ongoing management of various health and welfare benefits. Specific programs may vary but may include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, life insurance, disability, leaves of absence, workers compensation, perks, commuter benefits, and service awards.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain newly created salary structures and classifications while ensuring that practices are compliant with applicable laws and regulations and programs are in alignment with the companys Global Compensation Philosophy.
