In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience utilizing the nutrition care process, electronic medical records charting and will be responsible for conducting nutrition care and patient assessments for patients with a variety of disease states.
In this role, you will perform the functions of a specialized clinical nutrition service, such as nutrition assessment, nutrition education, nutrient intake analysis and patient screening to provide quality nutrition care to patients and families.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain dietetic registration, state-required credentials and/or licensure and continuing education requirements; manage the development and implementation plan for nutrition intervention in accordance with the Nutrition Care Process.
The Clinical Dietitian II (CD II) is a registered dietitian/nutritionist who is competent in general and specialized pediatric nutrition and either holds an advanced degree or a practice-related board certification.
As a Clinical Dietitian you will provide overall nutrition care to patients. You will assure that the nutritional needs of the individual patients are being met and that all documentation as it relates to the patients nutritional status is complete and accurate.
