As the lead interface between plan sponsor and Schwab, the Client Service Manager will be accountable for client satisfaction, delivering value to clients by broadening Schwab's relationships with plan sponsors and plan participants.
The Client Executive is responsible for the strategic planning and development of the MSB client base. This role is responsible for developing division policies and procedures for client management and building and maintaining strategic client relationships for the company.
This role is also responsible for marketing and developing critical client communication. This role also provides executive level support to the Account Executives as needed for client projects and/or issues.
The Client Services Manager is responsible for directing, managing, planning, organizing, and implementing departmental goals and objectives designed to provide the highest level of customer service for clients and prospects.
Engage with the Sales team to create and execute on a business plan to optimize the install base with the customer, cultivate expand opportunities, and plan appropriate coverage model to support that business and/or alignment to sales campaigns.
As a Team Manager in Client Service and Support you will lead a team of 12 representatives (including registered brokers, broker trainees, and customer service reps) to deliver value and memorable service experiences that promote client loyalty.
