In this role, you will perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and water and sewage systems.
This position is responsible for civil/site design and engineering for a variety of federal projects, including but not limited to remote tower sites, border fence, military base facilities, civil works projects, etc.
In this role, you will be responsible for the production and management of a full range of engineering services to both municipal and private sector clients. The engineer-in-training position provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the design of streets, drainage, water, and wastewater projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for the evaluation of potential sites; concept sketches; feasibility studies; pipeline crossing coordination; phased-construction site planning; commercial and industrial site layouts.
In this role, you will design new, or modifications to, existing infrastructure elements that provide the necessary functionality to the industrial facility including process and electrical structures and buildings, pipe racks, equipment foundations, paving, drainage, roads, railroads, dikes and levees.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines.
