Assists CEO in developing and implementing the business plan along with the strategic planning; participates, oversees, interprets and recommends changes to all clinical, l centers, and related physician practice business operational policies and procedures.
This position has direct responsibility for the Clinical Quality Direction inclusive of medical staff relations, nursing, and quality management; Service Excellence Direction inclusive of the satisfaction of all constituencies and the engagement of Medical Staff and Associates and the Community Benefit both in providing services to the underserved and initiatives that provide benefit to the community.
The Chief Operating Officer will be part of the Companys executive leadership team and will be responsible for building out the long-?term infrastructure needed to scale the Companys fulfillment and delivery operations and for optimizing the Companys supply chain, including partnership with labs.
