Review subscription quality issues to determine actions required to resolve misalignment between provisioned and contracted services, manage the internal consolidation of customer subscriptions, align subscription renewal status with opportunity and contract information, and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our financial reporting systems.
Confers with business customers and trading partners involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for interface files.
