Provide support internal to Information Services by reviewing help desk tickets, doing initial triage, resolving some yourself or passing on to the next level Business Ad visors or to the local infrastructure team.
Review subscription quality issues to determine actions required to resolve misalignment between provisioned and contracted services, manage the internal consolidation of customer subscriptions, align subscription renewal status with opportunity and contract information, and ensure the accuracy of information feeding into our financial reporting systems.

The Agile Business Analyst is embedded with the LMS QA team and will be responsible for requirements gathering, testing and certification of project deliverables in a very dynamic and iterative environment. S/he will work closely with the project team and the development team to make sure that customer deliverables are implemented according to specifications.
