The Analyst will be a member of the core project team for the implementation of new processes and technology for global Requisition to Payment (Procurement) by assisting in the analysis of current and to be processes, participating in design teams, working with multiple suppliers, and preparing communications and documentation.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare analysis documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, impact analysis, process mapping and key decisions.
Assess the impact of those needs, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and providing high level solutions that leverage product capabilities and best practices in order to produce an optimal solution.
In this role, you will ensure that we have the optimum solution for current and future processing needs, we are requesting an independent contractor (Worker) to analyze current procedures and identify business process improvements to extract SAP data needed to conduct audits, document these procedures, and train our employees so that they can assist taxpayers in extracting the data we need.
Develop solutions that primarily make use of SharePoint out of the box features but also extend those features through advanced customization, workflows and integration of other technologies with SharePoint.
The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying current state of application processes, eliciting their useful and harmful attributes, documenting process models, documenting requirements/designs, and facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new process designs and technical solutions.
The successful applicant will be joining a mature team within Operations Technology responsible for delivering technology solutions on a mobile platform (software and hardware) used by our Flight Attendant workforce as a Business Technology Analyst.
