This role is responsible for supporting a group of sales representatives with coinciding priorities. The individual will be expected to navigate sales systems and processes efficiently and effectively in order to meet the needs of the team they support.
In this role, you will process vendor payments in an accurate and timely manner per divisions payment terms. Acute attention to detail is required to avoid duplicate payment, error correction and minimize vendor issues.
The Sales Coordinator position is responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Omni Hotel & Resorts Corporate strategies and brand standards, all the while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible to develops and implements marketing, and promotional strategies, wellness programs, education, events and initiatives to retain and grownew membership volumes, targeting senior populations, at healthlink fitness center. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.
The On-Site Account Coordinator coordinates design and data entry for in-house graphics department. This role actively works with Chicago support team to review issues and feedback from distributor sales force, managers, and leads.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in external marketing, including building relationships with referral sources, supporting marketing functions sponsored by the communities to engage in community networking, conducting physician visits, and meeting with discharge planners as needed.
