Serves as the key Operational contact for the Clinical Director (CD) with responsibilities to coordinate the administrative aspects of the departments and services reporting to the CD. Facilitates communication between departments and services.
This role will provide the necessary leadership and oversight to ensure that the companys short and long term tactical plans related to brand management, product marketing, launches, training, promotional plans, product life cycle management, etc., are aligned with the companys strategic vision and corporate goals and are executed with excellence.
Assists the hospital CEO's with translating annual revenue and profit goals into specific plans that will achieve desired goals; assists the hospital CEO's in developing a strategy for increasing volume by targeting specific physicians on the medical staff as well as assessing needs for new physicians.
