In this role, the selected candidate will meet or exceeds the bookings target associated with the territory Manages cost of sale vs. budget Appropriately manages the overall bookings in terms of mix (HW/SW/SVE), timing and terms Build and maintain relationships with management of existing/new accounts.

This position is responsible for developing and guiding the buying staff in the development and execution of the strategic merchandising plan of the assigned division within the guidelines of the tractor supply company business plan.
Assists the hospital CEO's with translating annual revenue and profit goals into specific plans that will achieve desired goals; assists the hospital CEO's in developing a strategy for increasing volume by targeting specific physicians on the medical staff as well as assessing needs for new physicians.
