Provide technical design, development and maintenance of databases and associated master files for accessibility, security and integrity of company data. Perform logical data modeling, physical database design, programming and implementation.
Support and maintain existing MES Application by prioritizing, analyzing the support tickets / issues; providing support on testing of enhancement fix / hot patch in the Simulation or the Integration environment.
Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution; contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services; define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
The Technical Support Analyst has the ability to own projects from initial point of contact with the customer through point of resolution with relation to troubleshooting X12, HL7 and proprietary transaction issues taking the customer interaction and producing actionable work items.
