The technical team manager will be responsible for leading the management of the tier I and tier iI operation support center team. This position interacts heavily with several members in the information technology office (ito) group. The technical services team manager serves as a vital link between the system developers/applications, noc engineers support teams and the scheduling of all production batch processing.
Roofing system installation evaluation, roofing system problem troubleshooting, and training on proper installation techniques for firestone and genflex roofing systems. Serving both firestone and genflex licensed contractors, sales reps organizations, building owners, architects and design professionals.
Collaborate effectively across functional departments (including Marketing, Sales, Quality, R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Field Services) to implement process and system improvements that improve customer satisfaction, simplify work processes and drive breakthrough growth.
