The Senior Small Business Relationship Manager (SBRM) provides comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues from $250K up to $5 million, and are the primary point of contact within financial centers for walk-in small business customers and the resident expert for Small Business products, services and strategies.
Demonstrates the uppermost levels of expertise in resolving project issues in challenging and complex situations. Identifies opportunities for cross-discipline participation. Develops and documents project policies and procedures.
Understand the needs of a small customer through our assessment tools and be able to provide knowledgeable solutions, including Treasury Management and other Deposit options, Business Loans and Lines, Merchant and Payroll Services and more.
Accepts accountability for the ABL relationship once the loan has closed, including handling any advance requests, assuring borrower is performing in compliance with covenants, and recommending changes to existing relationship to ABL Senior Administration.
The RM will then assess the risks and impacts from both the clients and the banks perspective for development and implementation of an overall client strategy. The RM is also responsible for leading, directing and coordinating key team members in analysis and execution in the effective delivery of their products and services to clients and prospects.
