The positions is to lead, manage, and coordinate the Group Quality System (lean manufacturing) and align with new customer requirements as necessary in the Southern Region facilities. This position will help promote and sustain a culture of continuous improvement that will result in cost savings, quality improvements, and safety improvements.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal cross-functional subject matter experts (Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), Warranty, Social Media, Legal and Consumer Affairs) to synthesize relevant sources of information in the formation of critical performance metrics to identify how consumers are shaping opinions.
In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling the role of Quality expert;this is a hands-on position. Ensure the quality of the product meets all customer expectations;quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.
