In this role, you will be responsible for participation in the plant optimization and troubleshooting processes providing pertinent data to the plant operations leadership group to facilitate troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will leverage knowledge and experience in SAP, Database systems, and statistics to harmonize quality reporting/analysis methods across the business for improved accuracy and efficiency.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in planning/review/retrospective activities and help to make adjustments to processes, environments, tools, etc. in order to make project teams more effective and capable of producing higher quality deliverables tightly aligned with business needs.
The QC Lab Analyst must interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. That interaction must be personable and professional with the ability to communicate the required information at the level appropriate to the audience.
