The Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst is a clinician who conducts internal monitoring and assists in resolving/preventing deficiencies impacting plan compliance/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to regulatory and accreditation standards. The incumbent interfaces with a diverse range of clinical and administrative professionals, resolves complex issues, and performs data analytic, monitoring and reporting activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this role, the selected candidate will collaborate with SCRUM/project team members and End-Users to understand the key processes and technologies within the Applications for the supported business functions.
The QA Analyst certifies and assures the quality of new and existing products by executing test plans and scripts to verify that new or modified software programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
