The Project Manager Controls is responsible for providing engineering expertise and technical support in the area of electrical and automation systems across multiple manufacturing sites throughout the North America region.
Conduct the evaluation of processes in order to assist management in establishing and maintaining proper internal controls with a focus on balancing operational efficiencies with compliance requirements.
Manage the collection and updating of business requirements, scope, and change requests raised during the life of the project and ensure that the project management plan is up-to-date and available for reference by stakeholders at any time.
Responsible for project startup, including obtaining permits and licenses and managing jobsite mobilization. Understand quantity updating and work with superintendents to maintain accurate labor forecasts.
Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation; ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards.
Working with Clients and internal teams throughout the Engineering and Estimating phases of large electrical projects; ensuring all estimates and designs are meet client expectations and company standards.
Assume responsibility for highly specialized technical objectives or problems where the relationships between cause and effect are difficult to establish and little or no precedence exists, and the use of creative imaginative thinking is required.
