In this role, you will work effectively with subject matter experts, training teammates, Service Excellence & Operations internal clients to create engaging content and manage training project design and development.
The selected candidate will plans, organizes, maintains and develops training materials, programs and/or curricula to meet specific business objectives. Consults with clients and/or subject matter experts to determine training needs. Monitors emerging training and development trends and standards. Develops learning assessments and training evaluations and analyzes results.
