The Clinical Quality Assurance Analyst is a clinician who conducts internal monitoring and assists in resolving/preventing deficiencies impacting plan compliance/Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to regulatory and accreditation standards. The incumbent interfaces with a diverse range of clinical and administrative professionals, resolves complex issues, and performs data analytic, monitoring and reporting activities.
The QA Analyst certifies and assures the quality of new and existing products by executing test plans and scripts to verify that new or modified software programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines.
The QA Analyst role will work hand-in-hand with the full-stack Development team; the perfect candidate for the QA Analyst position will have experience in Test Automation Software, SDLC, QA tools, testing protocols, & BI reporting.
Intimate understanding of TCP/IP and the functioning of its component protocols, ability to read, and analyze, using various toolsets such as tcpdump, wireshark, etc; how they work and what information they produce.
The individual should have an investigative mindset that allows them to think out of the box as to why events are occurring and provide a rapid, but accurate, response to the emerging threats and trends.
In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting current business processes, conducting gaps analyses between the as-is and to-be processes and identifying gaps with existing system functionalities, reports, and controls.
