The IT Business Analyst is responsible for providing top-level support to end-users. This position will set-up and maintain Oracle Self-Service modules, run diagnostic scripts (read only), diagnose and work with the developers to correct application issues, process and submit FTP transmissions and ensure that customer support to the end users is exceptional.

In this role, you will intimate understanding of TCP/IP and the functioning of its component protocols, ability to read, and analyze, using various toolsets such as tcpdump, wireshark, etc; how they work and what information they produce.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for daily monitoring of Production Support recurring tasks and monitoring of the tickets queue and email, log all relevant tickets, close all resolved tickets.
