This position will set-up and maintain Oracle Self-Service modules, run diagnostic scripts (read only), diagnose and work with the developers to correct application issues, process and submit FTP transmissions and ensure that customer support to the end users is exceptional.
Contribute to regular project and business meetings, provide progress updates, report issues and risks and help to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships. Support the PM throughout the project (e.g. defining scope, estimating resource requirements, timelines).
Utilize reporting tools such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, Excel and Microsoft Dynamics Report Writer; extract meaningful information from system databases enabling users and management to make more informed business decisions.
In this role, you will recognize and identifies potential areas where existing business services policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed and makes recommendations in these areas.
