The HR Specialist will assist the HR Director and HR Manager in a variety of HR duties, in support of the Memphis Center. This role will be instrumental in recruiting efforts, performing duties such as screening applications, resumes and scheduling applicants for phone screens, testing, and interviews.
In this role, you will be responsible to coordinates all aspects of recruitment from sourcing to employment for a variety of positions. Partners with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and ensure selection of qualified candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain an ongoing and open communication with front line supervisors to monitor potential issues; support informal and formal discipline discussions and documentation.
