The HR Ops Consultant and Testing Coordinator is responsible for managing the HR Change Request process (end to end) arising from functionality or process changes requested through the Change Request process to the HR Operating Model.
In this role, the selected candidate will support HR to administer policies, procedures and the collective bargaining agreement, as well as assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
