In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering several or all of the following: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee and labor relations, safety and personnel research.
In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to provide coaching and counseling regarding employee relations, performance issues, manage leave of absences, and serve as the point of contact for benefits, compensation, policy and procedure inquiries. The selected candidate will also be responsible for day to day administration of company policies, procedures and programs.

In this role, the selected candidate will
investigate employee and manager complaints regarding violations of company policies (e.g. sexual harassment, standards of business conduct, discrimination, etc.).
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct all human resource activities for those employees physically located within the plant while partnering with Corporate and Plant HR team. May assist on additional HR related projects and assignments as assigned by Department Manager.
