Fsr has the additional responsibilities of supporting the financial center manager with coaching of other teammates and some non-sales responsibilities. The primary focus of the Financial Services Representative (FSR) is to develop and retain long-term and profitable customer relationships to maximize financial center revenue growth and to do so while maintaining high customer service and procedural standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the customers financial relationship with FHN, including but not limited to financial planning, credit, deposits, small business products, investment and insurance products.
