In this role, the selected candidate will be designing controls for manufacturing machinery such as: CNC Machine Tools, Injection Molding machinery, Fiber Laying, Laser Cutting, Woodworking machines, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing controls systems connecting machines, attachments, and peripherals; sourcing and selecting motors, drives, servos, actuators, breakers, fuses, sensors, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in planning/review/retrospective activities and help to make adjustments to processes, environments, tools, etc. in order to make project teams more effective and capable of producing higher quality deliverables tightly aligned with business needs.
This person will provide design engineering for small design projects (under $25,000) or part of a larger more complex project.She/He will be also providing designs for automation systems including a list of quantities and types of materials used.
In this role, you will design, test, integrate, program, and modify electrical controls and power distribution systems used in Automated Storage and Retrieval Mechanisms such as Linear and Circular Sorters, Garment Hanger Solutions, Load Racks, Pick and Place Robots, and Transport Vehicles and Conveyors.
In this role, you will interface closely with process engineering, operations, reliability, project engineering and maintenance and is responsible for executing work safely to the standards and procedures by the industry, company and refinery.
