In this role, you will work closely with Operations to identify process reengineering opportunities, assess and prioritize initiatives, conduct current state process analysis, determine base line performance, prepare end-to-end process maps, define end-state process views, identify cost saving opportunities, define transition and implementation plans, and support implementations.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
In this role, you will use an appointment tracking system, documents call plans, meeting notes and action items. Has established rapport, delivered on commitments, and developed a positive relationship with customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and maintain the Sherman + Reilly manufacturing facility Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with Divisional Quality policies and procedures, and the ISO international standard.
