The primary focus of the Financial Center Manager is to develop and retain long-term and profitable customer relationships, to maximize financial center revenue growth and to manage both the day-to-day and long-term performance of the center and its employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure training is completed on time, and continue investment in ongoing education; drive associate performance through active and continuous coaching, continued education and performance plans.
In this role, you will follows up with customers to implement the delivered Financial Plan. Monitors customer information / products, financial plan and market trends to identify new customer needs and opportunities to deliver further customer value.
In this role, you will develop, deploy, and audit global standard operating procedures and SPS Process for Lean, Agile, Collaborative, Project, and Service supply chain fulfilment responses related to distribution operations; capture localization needs and configurations.
In this position, you will manage and coordinate logistic and supply chain function, including but not limited to, acquisition, material management, and distribution/transportation to meet the business requirements.
Financial center managers (FCMs) operate as business owners and are responsible for fostering a team environment and instilling an effective client-centric, sales and risk culture within the center, demonstrating that we are here collectively to help our customers achieve their financial goals.
In this role, you will be responsible to coaches and manages assigned team within the call center. Develops, implements and
executes policies and procedures. Ensures operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, staffing and productivity.
In this role, you will develop training programs for the team from internal and external sources of knowledge that focuses on troubleshooting and the use of procedures and tools that addresses customer needs.
In this role, you will directs all function-related activities within the scope of the operations. Defines and recommends objectives, develops short and long term plans and programs to support company goals and budgets. Reviews performance against plan and approves changes in
direction as needed.
