In this role, you will manage branch service team; supervisors. Reinforces service standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
In this role, you will be responsible for
assist with the management and motivation of the staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expense. Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions; process consumer loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency.
In this role, you will manage, coach and provide training for branch personnel; manage overtime, teller management process, and scheduling; conduct branch meetings and performance appraisals. Also manage cash items, balancing of ATM and cash dispense, review night deposit log, night deposit contracts and safe deposit records, teller audits and reconcilement of consignment items to vendor inventory.
In this role, you will analyzes the branchs financial and operational performance, prepares the annual budget and monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints. Takes corrective action as needed.
