In this role, you will be responsible for
assist with the management and motivation of the staff to meet goals and objectives relating to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections and expense. Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions; process consumer loans; close consumer loans; collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency.
The Assistant Branch Manager works closely with the Branch Manager to ensure compliance with operating standards, staff productivity and performance, and customer service. This position may spend more than 50% of work time focused on CSR, loan or other administrative functions. May oversee staff and have accountability for branch opening/closing and basic employment accountabilities.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and anticipating the needs of the branch, including driving sales, stellar customer service, complying with regulations and policy requirements, and facility management.
In this role, you will manage branch service team; supervisors. Reinforces service standards by conducting quality control training and inspections; directs service department to ensure customer growth through retention increase.
The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and comply with all banking laws and regulations. Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
