In this role, you will determine and define quality assurance requirements from review of engineering drawings and/or specifications, industry standards, government specifications or other applicable source documents.
In this role, you will perform administrative functions of the Technical Assurance Manager within the facilitys engineering department including administrative budgets, salary planning, performance management, training and development of personnel, and personnel administration.
The Manager will perform all jobs efficiently, safely and accurately to improve and maintain the performance of the entire plant. The qualified individual will act as a role model and represent the company's values.
In this role, you will drive a strong quality message through outstanding performance and investigate, determine root cause, initiate permanent corrective action and document customer issues and complaints as they arise.
