As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for bringing in net new logos into the Enterprise space. Ideal candidates will have a hunter attitude, as well as experience growing and maintaining relationships throughout their territory. This role requires a background selling software services.
In this role, you will responsible for having top to bottom key influential relationships with our top customer accounts. In addition success requires a close liaison with marketing, product management, International Sales Managers and other stakeholders within the corporate team.
In this role, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the customer relationship plan for assigned practices; establish and facilitate meetings with Leadership for assigned Practice to review key performance indicators and ways to optimize revenue cycle performance.
The successful Sales Manager will have the following qualifications and experience. Must have significant experience/established relationships with: * Dollar General, Family Dollar & Big Lots. * JCP, Publix, AAFES, NEXCOM, Fred's, Lowes and Home Depot.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage and account for sales and GP volume in appropriate divisions, targets specific products to promote, and works with the Purchasing Department on select vendors.
In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships with their aligned Regional Sales Directors and National Sales Managers to ensure cohesion among the sales division while driving incremental and profitable growth.

In this role, you will work with the Business Review Leaders and other internal departments to improve product, service and/or program business processes. This role is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues.
