The position includes roles as a member of the EMP staff that include tracking and monitoring of precious metal inventories and fabrication costs, oversight of the department request tracking system (RTS), and providing customer tours of the work areas.

In this role, the candidate will complete all mandatory training in accordance with OMRDD and Agency Policy which includes, but is not limited to First Aid, CPR, SCIP, Medication Administration, 3 IPs, 5 Governing Principals, Active Treatment, etc.
In this role, you will oversee the staff in the department including hiring new employees, training, authorizing time, and conducting performance evaluations. Oversees hiring/firing and disciplinary actions.
