Maintain and analyze equipment and production losses to identify equipment failure trends and areas of opportunity for improvement. Report production availability losses to Operations and Site management.
In this role, you will define end product dimensional and functional criteria as a basis for the product/component design process utilizing principles of engineering reliability and dimensional management.
Identify and evaluate multiple options for solving complex technical issues and thoroughly supporting his/her technical solution;support equipment rebuilds by creating and tracking scope of work documents, bills of material, and equipment orders.
Participate on project teams as an individual contributor or as a Design leader documenting customers requirements, developing project plans and schedule, developing scopes of work and cost estimates and implementation of detail design activities for CDT glass melting projects.
Implement and execute design sensitivity/optimization studies, provide preliminary through final design results scorecard tracking, integration, test support and development, applied measurement science test equipment selection, design documentation and collaboration with manufacturing operations and product support engineering.
Supporting VLSI Design Automation with a focus on embedding of Design-for-Test logic within the RTL and gate-level descriptions of logic designs to enable them to be easily testable and verifiable when they are manufactured.
