In this role, you must have oversight of clinical activities, including patient assessments, individualized care plan development, care coordination, service level determination, on-site field visits, and the implementation/coordination/maintenance/evaluation of care plans to promote, maintain and restore the patient's health.
In this role, the selected candidate implements and maintains developed systems to procure and maintain adequate levels of supplies and other resources required for smooth functioning of the clinic; recommends and justifies capital purchases.
In this role, you will evaluate effectiveness of operational procedures. Modifies for improvement and develops new procedures for efficiency. Compiles and analyzes statistics and prepares analytical and evaluative reports.
