In this role, you will lead and provide support for the development of security strategies, road maps and components, including planning and implementation of organization-wide policies, processes and procedures for the management of operational risk. The selected candidate will develop, support and deliver security tools, platforms and operations that will enable IT security, Governance and Cyber Security.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with IT departments and functional project resources to provide test leadership for identified projects; organize and coordinate the testing effort for assigned projects.
In this role, you will work independently or as part of the team on various aspects of research software engineering: a. New product prototypes; b. Professional support of internal R,D&E tools; c. Software development support of products at R&D stage; d. New internal R&D information products.
This position is expected to maintain a standard development environment, tracking code changes in a central code repository, and providing copious documentation. Additionally, this position will supervise and mentor student employees in application design, development, testing, and support.
In this role, you will gather and analyze electronic data exchange requirements from internal customers and external trading partners which includes, standard internet protocols (FTP, FTPS, SFTP, HTTP, HTTP/S, AS2, AS4, Web Services), encryption methods, port assignments, file routing parameters, etc.
