In this role, the selected candidate will design management or coordination duties on minimum of 2 tunnel projects, soft ground tunnel, shafts; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
The Instructional Designer is responsible for working closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and write highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance.
Support engineering designs including the drafting of drawings using autocad or revit, the performance of code reviews, preparation of the basis of design, system calculations, specification preparation, field investigations, construction estimating and site inspections and other such design as required to execute the electrical construction for new or renovated buildings.
Design, implement and maintain training resources. Write, update, evaluate, and propose training programs supporting technical process documentation, operational systems, e learning, and website development.
Serves as enterprise-wide expert Instructional Design resource and lead member to the eRecord Project and eRecord user community. Support Training Program and its Director in all instructional design areas.
Implement and execute design sensitivity/optimization studies, provide preliminary through final design results scorecard tracking, integration, test support and development, applied measurement science test equipment selection, design documentation and collaboration with manufacturing operations and product support engineering.
In this role, you will define end product dimensional and functional criteria as a basis for the product/component design process utilizing principles of engineering reliability and dimensional management.
Provide assistance in project redesign including Revit, CAD, Inventor drawings, trade coordination, and project specific spool/detail drawings. This is to include managing of project files both internally or a project specific hosted site.
Identify and evaluate multiple options for solving complex technical issues and thoroughly supporting his/her technical solution;support equipment rebuilds by creating and tracking scope of work documents, bills of material, and equipment orders.
Participate on project teams as an individual contributor or as a Design leader documenting customers requirements, developing project plans and schedule, developing scopes of work and cost estimates and implementation of detail design activities for CDT glass melting projects.
Interpret design inputs to create new or modified products using Goulds CAD systems with minimal supervision. Design and modify pumps, baseplates and all auxiliary equipment to meet industry, product and customer specifications. Produce technical submittal documents, generate Bills of Material and detailed drawings.
