This position is responsible for becoming the Subject Matter Expert for all or some of our product line. In this role they will support the sales team, and our production team to develop custom and semi-custom solutions to address our customers measurement needs.
Responsible for the day-to-day support of application system, including identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication, and user relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.
In this role, you will serves as a consultant to functional managers, and business and project teams to identify business requirements based upon business processes for enterprise systems and translate them into system requirements, assignments and tasks.
