In this role, you will provide a wide array of training and support services to Customer Operations, which includes but is not limited to the Customer Contact Center, Meter to Cash, Integration Center, and New Business Team.
In this role, you will coordinate activities with field service management and staff. Organize and conduct technical training sessions, both in the field and at corporate facilities, to train new technical employees and our customers on device repair and maintenance.
In this role, you will conduct training programs that will cover all printing equipment and related process activities and issues, including machine operation, safety requirements, quality inspection, paperwork, and computer data requirements.
The Regional Trainer supports and drives in unit training initiatives, managing key operational training events and ensures the training programs identify behavioral changes required and includes personal development suggestions to change behaviors.
In this role, you will work closely with the local sales and marketing teams for the SMI team, to deliver strategically designed training, and implementation roll out plans, based on each institutions size, structure, and unique needs.
