In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, tracking, analyzing and reporting on hiring metrics and trends via reports, dashboards or weekly updates. The successful candidate will manages relationships within programs, cross LDP programs, with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with customers and project management teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; build and document new, and maintain existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will implement solution based on the documented requirements; implementation could involve installing new, upgrading existing, or a consulting assessment of, OnBase ECM software.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct project team meetings, oversees the activities of the project team or sub-team to ensure project scope, schedule and cost remain within defined constraints.
